Markus (DJ & producer) and Max (songwriter, aka max Min), got to know each other at a campaign against sweatshops and decided to change their spray cans into synthesizers, transform their slogans into lyrics and top it with a portion of irony and self-criticism. Thereby they created Risco – a mixture of rock and disco.
When they´re playing live they play either purely acoustic (gui-tar, bass, drums) or as an electronic set – gentle entertainment or pure adrenaline for an audience which is celebrating themselves to death – standing at the abyss of overconsumption.
“sun, tits and a hammer” is the debut album of Fiago. Their songs try to strike a balance between DJ- and songwriting culture: heavy on the beats with distinctive addiction to melody.
